I was surprised at 6:09 this morning, when I rolled over and picked up the ipod and started reading the NY Times, to find this story.

Some of the items in this story have been directly affecting me and have been a daily part of my conversation for years.

Please take note, and when you need serious photography, please support your local photographer... Uncle bob has a day job to pay the bills the photographer has his talent.

OUT THERE

Today's feeling for me is very strong. OUT THERE. Just kinda OUT THERE is how I feel today. Life has shifted for me and I am just sayin'.  There is some stability in being OUT THERE. But there is also some uncertainty and some danger lurking in the depths. Chin up and one foot in front of the other. Once you get in the water is not as deep as it may seem. I feel you, Photo. Can you feel me?

WHAT'S A CHIC SUPPOSED TO DO ?

Happy Friday all! Today's I Feel You Photo - Photo's with Feelings!  WHAT'S A CHIC SUPPOSED TO DO ? Tonight I will be leaving the country for vacation. Those feelings are happy and a little anxious. However, I also found out this week that I am losing me job. OH YEAH and today is my last day. I can't even allow it to ruin my trip. These are the feelings surrounding the selection of this image(which was taken on my way home from work yesterday.)

Summer Fun

This image is called 'Summer Fun.' It is the Newport Pier in Newport, California. It was taken in 1998 when I lived in Brea (near Disneyland) California. The photograph reminds me of warm beach fun. I embark on the journey of my life(so far) going out of the country on a cruise to 4 foreign lands. I hope to have some 'Summer Fun.' I am very excited to know I will be able to capture amazing photographs with strong feelings while I am there. I will be snorkeling and adventuring and having lots of fun. THE BEAUTY OF COMPLEX LIFE

When I look at this photo it reminded me of being blossomed or blossoming at something. How does it make you feel. This is one of the first shots that I took when I borrowed Kate Melton's Nikon D100 for the first time, back in 05. Now we own our digital "farm equipment." That's what we call the camera's, becasue they are so heavy now.
